Here's how it works
Step 1
Your rating-integrity program will start with RISK:check® (or RISK:select®) to:
- Screen each policy
- Identify policies with potential rating error
- Prioritize each policy for re-underwriting, depending on the potential premium recovery it represents
Step 2
Once we have a prioritized list of policyholders to contact, Quality Planning arranges policyholder interviews. We start by sending your customers a letter identifying your company and providing both a special toll-free phone number and a web address and PIN specific to your clients. We've found that this targeted approach - with alternative response options - increases contact rates, legitimizes the interviews, and lets your customers call or log in at a convenient time to confirm the specifics of their policy rating factors. We also reach out by phone to clients who don't respond by a certain date.
Quality Planning uses natural-language scripts, tailored to your unique underwriting rules and other specifications. We work closely with your staff to ensure the quality and professionalism of the entire program. Step 3
With Precision Re-Underwriting, you get monthly program results through customized management reports. We deliver the reports in a variety of formats, tailored to your specifications and sorted as required, using your unique rating variables and codes. We track every policy through the system, knowing precisely where it is at any given time.
When we receive a comment or a request from your customer, we let you know immediately, the next day, or at the next scheduled reporting time, depending on the urgency of the information.
Reports and recordings of our interviews are conveniently available online through our secure web portal.
