Raj Bhat is president of Quality Planning (QPC). Dr. Bhat has more than 25 years of experience in providing high-level management and technical services to the property/casualty industry. He has been with QPC for ten years. In his prior positions at ADP Claims Solutions (Audatex), Dr. Bhat provided decision support and management information systems to leading insurers to manage their auto claims. Dr. Bhat holds a Ph.D. in business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robert U'Ren is senior vice president of Quality Planning (QPC). He oversees client acquisition and assimilation and all marketing activities. Mr. U'Ren brings 25 years of management experience to QPC. Before joining the company in 2002, he was vice president of underwriting and marketing for the Personal and Specialty Insurance Divisions of Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Mr. U'Ren holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

Vivek Vasudeva
Vice President, Product Development and Operations

Vivek Vasudeva is vice president, product development and operations, at Quality Planning (QPC). He has more than 20 years of management experience. Mr. Vasudeva formerly ran implementation and operations at QPC's sister company ISO Innovative Analytics (IIA), which develops predictive modeling for the property/casualty insurance industry. Before that, he worked at ADP Claims Solutions (Audatex) and Mitchell International, where he lead teams that developed technology products for processing insurance claims.
